Returns & Exchanges
- All return requests must be reported within 10 days of receiving your order.
- Exchanges are preferred whenever possible. If an item arrives damaged or there is an issue with your order, I will gladly work with you to find the best solution.
- Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on my part.
Refunds
- Refunds will be considered on a case-by-case basis after the returned item has been received and inspected.
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Tarot Readings
Due to the personalized and intuitive nature of tarot readings, all tarot reading sales are final. No refunds will be issued for readings once they have been completed or delivered.
